The Arabian Horse Foundation is the philanthropic arm of the Arabian Horse Association. The Foundation has a board of trustees separate from the Arabian Horse Association. Gifts to the AHF are tax-deductible to the furthest extent of the law. Key funding focus areas for the Foundation are: Youth programs, which includes scholarships; Public Education about the history of the breed and its tremendous usefulness; and Equine Research, focusing particularly on diseases and problems associated with the Arabian breed. Donors may restrict a gift to any of the key funding focus areas. The Arabian Horse Foundation is a 501c3 and as such all donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law. Several giving levels are offered to those wishing to contribute to the Foundation.
Scholarship applications are available on line at the foundation web page. Grant applications are also available. While youth scholarship applications have a particular deadline, grant applications can be submitted throughout the year.
